What is a Title Pawn?

A Title Pawn is a quick, easy, and convenient way for people who own their vehicle to get cash fast. There is no credit check required. Your lien-free vehicle is your collateral. You get the cash you need while you continue to drive the vehicle.

What do I have to do to get a Title Pawn?

To be approved, you must be 18 years of age or older and 19 in the state of Alabama.
Provide the following:

  • Car
  • Lien-free title
  • Drivers license or State issued ID
  • Proof of Income
  • Proof of Residency

What does "lien-free" mean?

Lien-free means that you own your vehicle outright, with no outstanding loans or judgments against it.

Does the car title have to be in my name?

Yes, the title must list you as the legal owner of the vehicle. If there are 2 people listed on the title, please call the location nearest you to determine if both parties need to be present.

Do I have to be employed to get a Title Pawn?

We do not require that you be employed; however, you must have to have a regular source of verifiable income.

What if I am on Social Security, Disability, or draw Retirement Income?

As long as you can provide us with proof of your source of income, you are eligible for a Title Pawn.

How much cash can I get?

We strive to give you the most cash possible for your vehicle. Our focus is to get you the cash you need while keeping your payments in line with your budget. MS and TN maximum loan amount is $2,500.00

How do I get my title back?

Upon satisfaction of your loan, your title will be returned to you via State accordance.

Can I apply for a Title Pawn online?

Since we will need to appraise your vehicle, you will need to come in to the location nearest you to apply for a Title Pawn. You may be able to contact the location in advance and have an application faxed to you so that you can bring it with you when you come.

What is a Payday Advance?

A Payday Advance is a short-term cash advance that can be used to help bridge the gap between paydays. A Payday Advance provides an alternative to bouncing checks or paying late fees. Payday Advances are not intended to provide long-term solutions to cash flow problems.

Why should I choose a Payday Advance for my short-term financial needs?

The cost of a Payday Advance is typically lower than the alternatives you may be considering... such as paying a bill late, incurring overdraft fees from your bank or credit union, or risking costly re-connect fees.

What do I need to do to get a Payday Advance?

Visit the location nearest you and bring in your 1) Proof of Income 2) Most recent bank statement/check book 3) Proof of Residence and 4) A government-issued photo ID.
Our staff will evaluate your income and repayment ability and determine the amount of cash you qualify for.
You will write us a personal check for the amount advanced plus the service fee. We will hold your check until your next payday.
You will return on your due date and pay off your advance and your check will be returned to you.
No personal property or "collateral" is required to receive a Payday Advance. You are not required to have a cosigner or pass a credit check.
You must be 18 years of age or older in order to get a Payday Advance.

How long do I have to wait between Payday Advances?

The amount of time you have to wait between Payday Advances varies by state. In Alabama, there is no waiting period. Once you have paid your previous advance in full, you may enter into a new advance.

How much cash can I get at one time?

The amount of cash you qualify for depends on your amount of income and repayment ability. States further restrict the maximum amount of a Payday Advance that any one person can have out at one time. Alabama limits the amount that one person can have to a maximum of $500 between all Payday Advance providers.

What if I only get paid once per month?

If you are only paid once per month, your due date will be set for your next payday (not to be scheduled for less than 10 days).

When will my Payday Advance be due?

We conveniently schedule your due date to coincide with your next payday. Therefore your contract term will be based on your pay schedule. (In Alabama) Payday Advances can not be scheduled for less than 10 days or more than 31 days.

How do I repay my Payday Advance?

Come back to the location where you received your Payday Advance on or before you due date to make your payment in cash and get your check back or notify your location prior to your due date that you would like your check to be deposited.

What if I am late repaying my advance?

We normally deposit all checks that are not redeemed on or before the customers next payday. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us. We will be glad to consider your situation and we will work with you (if possible) to establish alternative payment arrangements.

What if I cannot repay my advance?

If you cannot repay your advance, we will present the check to your bank for payment. In the event that it is dishonored, we will work with you to establish alternative payment arrangements as allowed by state law. We are committed to collecting past due accounts in a professional manner in accordance with the fair debt collection act and all applicable state and federal laws.

Is there a penalty for making payments prior to my due date?

No, there is never a penalty for paying prior to your due date. In fact, we encourage early payment and even provide an easy payment guide to help our customers see how to get their account paid off in the desired time frame.

How do I know I am not being over charged?

We follow all state and federal laws and our charges are always clearly posted in an easy to understand format. How much is the fee for a Payday Advance?

The fees charged are state specific and can be viewed on the Fees&Terms page by state.
A typical fee (in Alabama) is an APR of 456.25% or 17.5% for a period of 14 days.

Can I renew my loan by just paying the fee on my due date?

The ability to renew a Payday Advance by paying only the fee is regulated by the laws of each state. Please refer to the Fees & Terms page or contact the location nearest you for further information. In most cases, we do not offer renewals of Payday Advances by the payment of the service fee only.

Can I pay off my Payday Advance early?

Yes. There is no penalty for early payment. However, you will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the service fee for early payment.
